  • Responsible for designing, co-ordinating and range-planning the fashion dress shoes area

​

  • Developed new innovative comfort cushioning construction for dress shoes, working with the inhouse technical team and a 3D CAD engineer, launching in the AW20 collection.

  • Researching global trend forecasting of key themes, colours, materials, styles, details, trims and prints through WGSN, applying market research information and analysing relevant inspirational themes to apply to seasonal development.

  • Creating and developing sketches and product prototypes throughout the conceptual design process to production sign-off.

  • Developing and refining seasonal concepts, lasts, materials, hardware and colour palettes.

​

  • Regular communication with and travel to Asia with developmental partners to brief and check designs, partnering with factories to ensure design and quality standards are met.
